Weekly Training Plan - Peak 2

This is it.  The Major Peak Week I've been working up to for season 2017.  This week will focus on short and hard intervals separated by days of rest and easy recovery.  Intervals will be very hard in preparation for a two day cycling event.  The goal is to have a perfect balance between fitness, fatigue, diet, and rest.  After the final peak week there will be a transfer into a rest week and then a new 4-week block of training.
