Nutrition

Many Diets have been used by cyclists to produce successful race results or just to feel healthier per say.  Individual body systems, health, and daily stress factors contribute to what you eat and how your body uses it.  Over the last decade I've tried an all CARB diet, strict Mediterranean diet, Fast Food diet :), and Paleo Diet.  Through trial and error the Paleo Diet has worked best for me and I encourage others to try it out.  The following link provides a deep history of collaborated notes concerning it and why I use it.
