End of Season Race BLOCK PLAN

This Block Plan reflects the work that needs to be maintained towards the beginning of September in order to accomplish my 2017 cycling goals.  The month of September will have its challenges; maintaining the proper balance between fitness and over training.  Form should spark great results on race weekends.  After this four week block plan has been depleted I will transfer into a recovery week and then a early winter training plan.
