4-WEEK Block Plan - BUILD

What do you do after an "A" Race?  
You've just PEAKED for a very important race.  After an important race and usually near the beginning of the bike season, I like to continue to BUILD.  Building is the only way your body will get stronger and more adaptive to faster racing.  Just like the previous Block Plan for PEAKING, a Build Plan will have Days Off, Intervals, and Endurance.  Your Training Stress Score should increase each week until that 4th week of the plan, which is a ADAPTIVE week.  
The final week is very important and where the body tightens up its bolts and lubes its gears.
